The St. Regis Mohawk Health Services (SRMHS), in collaboration with the University of Albany, is conducting a research project that will examine the impacts of environmental pollutants, such as PCBs and lead, and their affect on the reproductive health of Akwesasne women. Previous research has proven influential and they are asking for community participation. The Akwesasne Soaring Eagles 13U high performance girls team participated in the Sat. April 17 & Sunday 18th Ontario Provincial Championships at RIM park in Waterloo-Kitchener. Kaged Kombat Fighting consists of three 3-minute rounds. At the end of three rounds if both fighters are still standing the judges determine the winner.
