Prep Time: 20 mins., Cooking Time: 25 mins Yield: serves 4 Ingredients: 1 lb Sweet Potatoes 2 tsp Canola Oil 1/4 tsp Paprika 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder Black Pepper (optional) Preheat oven to 350F. Peel and slice potatoes into sticks. Place potato sticks in a bowl. Add oil, paprika, and garlic powder to potatoes. Season to taste with black pepper. Toss to coat. Last week Big Brother had a long awaited appointment. Over the course of two years we have been told by a few different people that big Brother couldn’t hear well. The SRC athlete students of the months of January and February are being announced. The students chosen are presented by a certificate from the Salmon River Athletic Hall of Fame and the Akwesasne Jreck Sub. Each month, a male and female athlete is selected by their coach. Bryan Barney was a devoted, highly successful rifle athlete at Salmon River. He continued his riflery through four years of college achieving outstanding collegiate and national recognition.
