    Wednesday April 1, 2020. The Akwesasne Mohawk Police is investigating a shooting at a residence on Iohahiio Road, in Akwesasne, Quebec that occurred at 7:17pm on March 31st. One person was injured, transported to a local hospital for medical treatment and was later released. The Sûreté du Québec forensic identification unit attended and processed the scene.
