    MASSENA -- Native American graduation rates at Massena Central have gone up during a time period where the overall rate went down, the district’s curriculum director told the school board at their Oct. 19 meeting. Native American students graduated at a rate of 81.3 percent last year, up from 75 percent in 2015-16 and 79.4 percent in 2014-15, curriculum director Stephanie Allen said.     Ryan Lazore, Akwesasne, has been found not criminally responsible for the death of his mother, 46-year-old Lori Sue Lazore of Snye, Quebec. She was found on December 30, 2014 in her home after the Akwesasne Mohawk Police conducted a welfare check. Her son was 26 years old at the time.
