The Akwesasne Mohawk Police were contacted by U.S. Marshalls on February 19, 2016 who advised police that they had detained Seth Joseph Lazore, age 31, on an extradition warrant sought by Akwesasne Mohawk Police. Mr. Lazore failed to attend court stemming from the 2009 charges of Aggravated Assault and Robbery that occurred in Akwesasne Mohawk Police jurisdiction. (March 10, 2016) Cornwall, Ontario – On March 2nd, 2016, while on patrol members of the Cornwall Regional Task Force (CRTF) spotted five (5) snowmobiles pulling snow tub sleds loaded with what appeared to be garbage bags.
