BREACH Cornwall, ON – A 41-year-old Akwesasne man was arrested on March 4th, 2022 and charged with breach of undertaking for contacting his wife. It is alleged on March 4th, 2022, the man was observed in a vehicle with his wife, despite the conditions of his undertaking, while stopped at the Port of Entry.
