The Mohawk Language Program in our AMBE schools is currently learning about trees common to our territory. By the end of the unit, students will be able to name the trees in Kanien’keha and will also be able to identify specific trees by their unique characteristics. Ingredients: 1 ½ lb. ground beef 1 pkg. (0.7 oz.) dry Italian salad dressing mix 4 slices provolone cheese ½ cup marinara sauce, heated 4 hamburger buns 4 pieces of green leaf lettuce Combine ground beef and salad dressing mix; shape into 4 burgers.
