And as they were flying past the animals that were on the water there, they asked that maybe they could find some place that they could set this woman down on , as she was beginning to get heavy for the geese. So the animals gathered them selves together in a council. And they asked for volunteers. Maybe somebody can float up on tip of the water, and this woman could stand on their back. So, they say, right away they had a volunteer. He put up his hand, it was the...

  • A Mohawk in Peru #3: Thoughts on leaving Peru

    Feb 23, 2023

BY RPM ADMIN Reprinted with permission of Real People’s Media https://realpeoples.media/ Today, with sadness, I leave Peru to head back to other parts of the world. I had planned on staying longer to report on the mass protests, but must leave unexpectedly to assist with an Indigenous engagement on a large project for a company that has little understanding of Indigenous traditions or culture. Kudos to the company as they’re trying to do it right from the outset of the project. This is economic reconciliation, something Peruvian Indigenous peo...

  • Entertainment Binge

    Feb 23, 2023

By Isaac White. During my review of That 90’s Show, you may have recalled that I am not typically the type of person who anticipates remakes or reboots of older films with a sense of excitement. Whenever a sequel to a legendary movie doesn’t make it to theaters until more than 30 years after the release of the first movie, I usually take that as a hint that the new movie won’t live up to the standard set by the original. The topic of discussion for this week’s review is Top Gun: Maverick, the sequel to the iconic picture Top Gun, which was rel...

In 2018, under former president Donald Trump, the federal agencies charged with regulating hazardous materials on trains actually removed safety rules requiring modern bra...

According to federal figures released this week, overall inflation decreased to 6.5%.
