    (MALONE, NEW YORK) January 20, 2012 - USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) County Executive Director, Jennifer Bosley announced signup for the Direct and Counter-cyclical Program (DCP) and Average Crop Revenue Election (ACRE) begins January 23 through June 1. Farmers in Franklin County who are interested in enrolling in these programs should contact the FSA county office to set up an appointment to complete the signup process.
