    By Andy Gardner The Salmon River girls and boys both beat Potsdam, and Massena's girls and boys both triumphed over Gouverneur during the week of Jan. 6. In Potsdam on Friday, Dec. 10, the Shamrocks jumped out to a 45-18 halftime lead and nailed 12 three pointers en route to a 61-52 win.     By Andy Gardner The Salmon River Lady Shamrocks maintained a perfect record with their 12th 2019-2020 win over Alexandria Bay at home on Friday, Jan. 10. The previous evening, the varsity hockey contingent defeated Plattsburgh 4-3 in a tilt on their home ice, Tom Cavanaugh Arena in Fort Covington. The teams went back and forth right until the end. With the scoreboard knotted 3-3, Makhia Snyder got ahold of the puck and scored what would prove to be the game winner, with just 41 seconds left on the clock.
