    The Department of Health’s (DOH) Community Health Program is announcing pre-registration for the COVID-19 vaccine for community members living, working, or attending school in the northern portion of Akwesasne. The DOH will be receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine within the next week. Initial roll out will be for our long-term care facilities: residents, staff, and frontline workers.     HALIFAX. Twenty-three people were arrested by the Nova Scotia RCMP in connection to a pair of incidents that occurred outside of a lobster pound in southwestern Nova Scotia.
