    The Seneca Indian Nation is the latest tribe to announce hopes for a casino in the Catskill Mountains. Last month a Michigan-based development company revealed its relationship with the Senecas and their co-plans to construct a casino in the Sullivan County area – 90 miles outside of New York City.     Akwesasne Territory— A $600,000 Indian Community Block grant from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will assist the tribe to expand its sewer system. HUD programs for the SRMT are administered through its Office of Native American Programs.
