(Tsiothohrha/December 18, 2014) The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne would like to inform the community that the CBSA Criminal Test Cases defending Alicia Shenandoah and April Elaine Thompson will be postponed until June 1, 2015. The Judge noted that any individuals required to be cross-examined in June will remain under oath and are prohibited to discuss any aspect of the court cases.
