    History was made last Saturday morning as the Akwesasne Eagles Youth Flag Football Teams took to their home field at Generations Park for the first time ever. The Akwesasne Eagles faced off against the Massena Red teams with the age of students on each team ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 2.     On Sunday July 26, the Akwesasne Storm Peanuts lacrosse team, coached by Robert Francis, traveled to Kahnawa:ke to play a game. The boys played hard despite only seven players and took a loss on the day. The boys and their parent volunteers had a great time. Sakaronhiotane Thompson played the entire game in goal.
