On August 22, 2011 a meeting was held in Ormstown, Quebec, where District Chief Karen Loran and District Chief Wesley Benedict presented a donation of $5,000 to the Droulers Site (Tsiionhiakwatha) and a donation of $10,000 to the National Wildlife reserve (Tsiiontoratstha) on behalf of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne.
