The Cinderella team ended the journey in the league finals vs. Smiths Falls. The team had to play that round without defenceman Conor Périard who suffered an injury in the previous round. In Game #1, the Colts were in Smiths Falls where they lost 6-1, the lone goal going to Sam Walsh with helpers going to Jordan Cadieux and Grayson Phillips. However, upon returning home for game #2, the Colts were ready and bounced back with a 2-1 win in Akwesasne. Brett Warner was solid making 13 saves on 14 shots.
