On Saturday October 6, 2012, PICEI once again held its Annual “Last Shall Be First 50/50 Fund Raiser” and dinner for its devoted members who always do their share to make the fundraiser a success. The evening was exciting as always for those who dined with PICEI and those who came to watch the actual drawing.
