The club finished their round robin series earlier this week against the NGS Braves with a hard fought shutout. They had the rest of this week off as well as a league wide March break week off before starting their championship against a TBD opponent in the Lower St. Lawrence Minor Hockey league. The conditions were perfect – mild temperatures and sticky snow – as they set out for their quest to make 100 Snowmen and 100 Angels. The weekly event is sponsored by Mohawk Council of Akwesasne's Wholistic Health and Wellness program. Their goal is to promote activities for staying active, healthy and sober.
