    Harvey Arquette, of Snye eagerly waits to begin his trek to Yellowknife, NWT. This will be his first time trucking on the ice roads of the Arctic. He isn’t worried much about the competition but is concerned about delivering loads to Diavik mines from Yellowknife on time.     This Saturday, Jan. 28 Standing Rock Boxing Club and Three Feathers Casino will be hosting Bully Beat Down, an amateur event featuring male and female boxers from several gyms statewide and from Ontario. Rorohronhakies, aka “Lolo”, age 14, will be one of the three fighters Standing Rock has who will be fighting in this event.     Pam Lazore and Sweets Jacobs are the women that founded the Green Food Box program in March 2010 with the goal of getting much needed fruits and vegetables into the homes of Akwesasne. With the growing number of chronic illness in the community, chief among them being diabetes, the community was in dire need of a program and assistance.
