The Akwesasne Warriors Masters Lacrosse Team played host for five teams that participated in the 2011 Peter Burns Memorial Masters Lacrosse Tournament on July 16th-17th. The teams traveled from Onondaga, Ottawa and two from Kahnawake to compete in the lacrosse tournament, which hasn’t been held in Akwesasne since 2004.
