    A group of nearly 10,000 people headed by several Massena residents are using social media in an attempt to attract Tesla Motors to the area. The Facebook group “Tesla Motors for Massena” had 9,349 members as of April 19.     Malone-based state police charged four youths from Snye after they allegedly vandalized a Fort Covington barn and posted a video of them in the act on social media. Truman R. Square, 16, of Snye, Que., and three juvenile males, also from Snye, Que., ages 12, 11, and 10, were each charged with a felony count of criminal mischief on the evening of April 19.     A Hogansburg man is among 33 people indicted in a multi-agency investigation into heroin and cocaine distribution throughout St. Lawrence County. Justin M.
