MASSENA – A notice of claim that a Massena veterinarian may sue the Massena and Louisville fire departments puts the Akwesasne Fire Department on notice that they could potentially be included in a future lawsuit. Dr. Wilfredo Perez, who owns Java Veterinary Center, lost what was both his business and home in an Oct. 28 fire.
