Bench warrant - Tyler A. Gray, 26, of Hogansburg. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail, Malone on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

Third-degree grand larceny - Jason M. Woodard, age not available, of Massena.  He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.

Unlawful fleeing of a police officer/driving while intoxicated - Brandon L. Jacobs, 18, of Hogansburg was arrested after officers attempted to pull him over for a traffic offense that allegedly turned into a high-speed pursuit. The pursuit ended with Jacobs damaging one of the patrol vehicles, police said. Officers arrested Jacobs and allegedly found him intoxicated with the blood alcohol content of .11 percent. In addition, he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, reckless driving, and numerous other traffic citations. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $10,000 bail and $20,000 bond.

Second-degree reckless endangerment/criminal possession of stolen property: firearms -William Burke-Johnson, 19, of Hogansburg was arrested after Tribal Police investigated a shots fired call. Tribal Police said they found him shooting towards a residential area and was later found to be in possession of an allegedly stolen rifle.

On May 22, 2014, K9 unit assists tribal police with executing search warrant - The tribal police and its K9 unit conducted a search warrant on Connors Road. They say the dog led officers to 1.9 lbs. of marijuana, 59 grams of marijuana wax (a controlled substance) and more than $37,000 U.S. dollars. Officers also seized three firearms, military grade body armor and a large amount of ammunition. Police did not say if they arrested any suspects, and if so, what charges were leveled against them.

New York State Police made the following arrests:

Driving while intoxicated – Katelyn M. Bero, 23, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged at 2:30 a.m. May 21 on state Route 37. She was released to a third party with orders to appear in court on a future date.

Second-degree criminal contempt - Howard D. David, 52, of Hogansburg was arrested and charged at 9:20 a.m. May 31 at an address on state Route 30, Constable. He was arraigned in court and ordered held, pending further court action.

Petit larceny - Ashton M. Francis, 25, of Hogansburg was arrested and charged at 7:35 p.m. May 31 at 3222 U.S. Route 11, Malone. He was released with an appearance ticket.

Massena Village Police wrote the following ticket:

Joseph R. Arquette, 49, of 5 Andrew Johnson Rd., Hogansburg was cited for no signal at 7:52 p.m. Wednesday May 28 at Ames and North Main streets.
